Due to the current conditions pertaining to the Covid-19 Virus, we have moved to online services.  We meet every Sunday morning at 11:00 am on Zoom.  If you would like to meet with us please contact the Church at calvary@canby.com and someone will contact you.

Calvary Mennonite Church is a place where you can feel like family. We place a high priority on building and nurturing relationships with people.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the only way that mankind can be reconciled with God. This is found in the redemptive story of the Holy Bible.

We are glad that you are here and always want to hear from you. Send us a note.

We want our focus to be wholly upon the Lord Jesus Christ during this time. The reason for gathering together for the service is to worship God and celebrate what God had been doing in and through our lives throughout the past week.

Announcements & Upcoming Events

The board of the Oregon Mennonite Festival for World Relief regrets to announce that the 2020 Fall Auction and Festival will move to a mostly online format. This year’s event was originally scheduled for Saturday, October 10 in Albany at the Linn County Expo Center, but in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, most on-site elements of the sale will be cancelled.

The July edition of On the Level is now available from Mennonite Disaster Service. In our current issue, you can read how MDS volunteers helped Minneapolis residents clean up following the protests in the wake of the death of George Floyd. You can learn how MDS volunteers are racing the clock to restore homes in Alaska and bring wildfire survivors home.

Drift Creek LodgeDCC is grateful for the generous financial support which has come through to help cover operating costs during the current Covid-19 closure. Camp operations came to a screeching halt in mid-March. All summer programs and rental groups have been canceled as overnight programmed camps are prohibited. However, family groups are allowed to stay on-site. If you have interest in renting Yamhill or one of the summer cabins, please contact info@driftcreek.org. (Depending on the group size, the lodge may also be available for families.) The DCC board is also hoping to maximize this opportunity to address maintenance projects. Help is needed to resurface the second floor bathrooms, refresh the walls on the lodge’s main floor, finish the caretaker cabin and install outdoor hand washing stations behind the bathhouse. To schedule a time to volunteer contact the office at 971-600-1244.
